Artwork These guidelines are compiled for you so that the quality of the final product meets with your expectations and speed of order processing can be achieved.
Please send large files by WeTransfer, or similar.
When sending your artwork, please ensure it is labelled with the job title & your customer's name, as without this information, it will be difficult to match the artwork to the order.
If you are running a more recent version of QuarkXPress, please backsave the file before sending, if this is possible without changing any of the job attributes.
File formats accepted: High resolution EPS, PDF, TIFF or JPG
A hard copy printout of all artwork for cross-checking details must also be provided.
Please send the fonts used in a separate fonts folder. If you are saving the file as an EPS, please convert the fonts to ‘CURVES’ in CorelDraw, ‘OUTLINES’ in Adobe Illustrator and ‘PATHS’ in Freehand.

Most jobs produced are over-printed in SPOT colours therefore please save the artwork in the required Pantone colours and NOT CMYK, as supplying artwork this way will delay the job.
All files should be submitted with a resolution setting of at least 600 DPI for text, and 300 DPI for logos and images.
