The trade prices shown are inclusive of overprinting the advert in one standard colour, choice of: BLACK, CALENDAR RED, WARM RED, PROCESS BLUE, REFLEX BLUE, PANTONE GREEN, GREEN 347, YELLOW 012, or BROWN 471 - please see colour chart below.
All pictorial calendars with the exception of our 13 page Postage Saver Range (340mm x 240mm) are supplied inserted into Recycled Board Mailers with peel and stick fastening.
All other calendars are supplied with loose manila envelopes.
It may be necessary to restrict the availability of multi-colour or matched PMS printing, dependant upon capacity in November and December. Please check with the Reeve team.
Artwork should be supplied in Mac format by disc or E-mail. Acceptable formats are Quark Express & Adobe Illustrator - please refer to artwork guidelines.

To help us help you and ensure a satisfied customer, PLEASE clearly show on your order: title of calendar, number of pages, quantity, standard colours, PMS colours if required, delivery address if different plus postcodes and reference numbers.
It is not our policy to produce and charge for over runs in production. If any calendars are spoilt in production, they will be deducted accordingly.
Reservations will only be held for 24 hours and should be advised by email.
Cancellations will be charged at £20 admin fee, unless the order has been printed, in which case the full cost will be charged.
Carriage costs to mainland UK destinations are shown separately under each section of calendars. For carriage to Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands please contact the Reeve team.
Please note: carriers can not deliver to a P.O. box no.
All mainland deliveries are by 24 hour carrier.
Proofs for orders under 100 units are charged at £6.00 per proof. Author's corrections may be charged for major amendments.
Please note that although the colour samples below are printed using the actual listed ink colours, they may vary slightly on the printed job, due to varying situations, ie paper stock, press used and climatic conditions.
